I truly enjoy working with people -- helping them feel more happy and alive and help them get more satisfaction from their lives. I have been in practice as a professionally licensed massage therapist for over 10 years. I provide my clients with my undivided support and meet them where they are to satisfy their needs whether it be just to relax or to deal with specific medical issues. During this time I have worked in some of the best spas and health clubs and my private clients have seen dramatic improvements in their well being. References are available upon request.
I come from a philosophy holistic in nature concerned with the body the mind and the spirit, and therapeutic in nature. 80 to 90 percent of disease is stress-related. I am able to nearly eliminate this frightening fact by helping your body remember what a relaxed, healthy pain-free body feels like!
I am competent in many styles ranging from subtle energetic models, and relaxing styles to very specific medically oriented techniques. These include Swedish, Deep tissue, shiatsu, Amma, Reiiki, La stone Therapy, myofascial trigger point techniques and others.
